Mission Statement

Our goal is to investigate and test methods to maximize the efficiency and capability of the human body in the most balanced way possible, minimizing possible weaknesses that can occur when improving in specialized areas.  

These methods include:

  1. Developing training tools or devices which can be utilized to perform movements and exercises with an overall structure that allows for balance and variety.

  2. Cultivation of neuro-plasticity and a mind that can adapt, and handle any challenge.

  3. Transcend conscious thought associated with movement specificity.  It becomes effortless.
